Any actual project engagement, including EPC contracting, supply of the Biogas Holder Package, H₂S scrubbing systems, biogas upgradation systems, plant automation, or O&M services, will be governed by a separate, mutually signed contract or purchase order between SLPP RE-NEW LLP and the client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed project contract, the terms of the signed contract shall prevail.
